Hi, I’m julia sorkin.
In 5th grade, my sweet tooth got the best of me. I began to bake a variety of desserts for my friends and family, learning from YouTube videos or Pinterest boards. As I continued to develop my baking skills, I realized I could combine my love for art with my love for baking: cake decorating.
Making my first wedding cake at the age of 12, I developed an appreciation for the beauty found in every dessert. I started hosting edible flower-making classes for my friends and went on to teach at local summer camps and senior homes.
One thing to note: everything on my cakes is entirely edible and created by me.

It all begins with an idea. Whether you think it may be a crazy design or a dream you have had for years, we can make it happen.
We will look at designs together and figure out the best approach for your creation. I message my clients along the way, making sure that everything is exactly how they want it!
